Can I get a refund if my item does not fit?

No, refunds will be offered unless the product in question is defective. If a product is defective, we will need photographic evidence before we are able to offer an exchange. We do offer exchanges for items that do not fit. 

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders normally take 2 - 4 business days to process and ship out, but sometimes it may take longer. Contact us via email; thefastestlane@gmail.com if you would like to get the status of your order.

How do your clothes fit?

Most of our designs do fit true to size but feel free to check out our sizing charts as fits will vary from collection to collection.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is free all European orders are 15 the rest of the world £20. 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship out all products using Royal Mail. As we grow we will look into using DPD for speedy delivery and better tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, however, international shipping costs may vary depending on region. In addition, you may be faced with a custom fee charge depending on your location, and you are responsible for paying the outstanding fee, if required to.

Can I order online if my Billing Address doesn't match my Shipping Address?

If your billing address does not match your shipping address you must order via Instagram message or we will be forced to cancel the order in order it keep the likelihood of fraud being committed.
